To get the best burn:
• Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting
• Allow the wax to melt evenly on the first burn
• Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts, pets, and children

Our candles are made with safety in mind, but candles are open flames. Always burn responsibly and never leave a lit candle unattended.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
